Our Story
Henderson Hire has been operating locally since the 1960s. Expert Mowers has been the local Husqvarna Dealer since 2012. Now combined, there is a huge amount of expertise and experience available from both companies, under the leadership and ownership of Jason Foley.
Our technicians are fully qualified and experienced in a wide range of outdoor power equipment and spare parts, and especially with Husqvarna branded gear. Henderson Hire also has a long relationship with Oleo Mac, Honda, Masport , Victa & Briggs & Stratton.
We are Experts so you don’t have to be and we will help you choose the best and most cost effective purchase and repair options.
Retail & Supplies (TradeZone New Zealand)
Our TradeZone New Zealand engineering retail store stocks a wide range of engineering products, including fastenings, safety gear, agricultural parts, and tools. Our representative, Mike, is on the road calling on customers throughout the district. Leveraging a large network of suppliers and trade partners, we can source items not held in stock or have our workshop team create a custom solution for you.
Workshop Services
The workshop provides comprehensive services, including machining, general engineering, repairs, maintenance, fabrication, and construction. Our experienced team is ready to assist with any project. We have a large stock of steel, including stainless steel and aluminium which we sell to the public.
Authorised Husqvarna Agent
As the local authorised Husqvarna agent, we offer new product sales, parts, warranty support, and servicing for your Husqvarna equipment. With the full backing of Husqvarna New Zealand, our team ensures your gear is kept in top operating condition.
